USPS Priority Mail - Guranteed 3-7 days arrival.
USPS Express Mail - Guranteed 1-2 days arrival.
USPS International Priority Maill - Package estimated 14 days.
USPS International Express - Package estimated 5-7 days.
When do we deliver?
- All other orders are shipped from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Express Delivery orders
Please ensure you place your order before 5pm PST Monday to Friday for Express delivery.
Important information
- All Express orders require a signature upon receipt.
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
- We proudly ship all products with the United States Postal Service. All orders are provided with an Official United States Postal Confirmation Number. Please make sure to provide us with the correct shipping information, customers will be responsible for the shipping destination.

Taxes & Duties
The following states are subject to sales tax: California.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.
If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. PlusSizeFix.com is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.
Outside the USA, most destinations are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product price. The following countries are shipped to on a DDP basis:

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected (such as Bermuda or Mexico), product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order. Please look out for this email to ensure timely dispatch of your order.
